Deep purple in colour, lovely rich ripe fruit, full of blackberry, spice and earthy overtones. Full bodied Shiraz, aged in American Oak for 22 months, will cellar till  2016+  Minimal intervention in wine making, not filtered, some sediment, ideal to open & decanter 20 mins. before drinking for maximum flavour & bouquet.
