We have a selection of plain-label wines available from different vintages, we sell these by the Case Lots ( 12 bottles to a case. )
All wines are Estate grown and produced, made with natural yeasts from the Avonmore Vineyard, open fermented on skins for 3 weeks, basket pressed, and matured in Oak barrels for 18 months.
Wines are then cold-stabilised and bottled within 24 hours.
All Avonmore Estate wines are grown and made without any cnemical inputs, in both the vineyard and winery.
Wines are all naturally fermented, hand grown, and handcrafted, no sulphites are added, and all are vegan and vegetarian suitable. We do not fine filter with any egg, fish, or bi-products, all are cold stabilised 24 hours prior to bottling.
All wines are certified “Demeter” biodynamic for 30 years.
Wines are full-bodied and full of fruit flavour.
