Our 2014 Sangiovese by the case (12 bottles), has a discount of $50 on the individual bottle price. It is 100% estate grown and produced, with natural yeasts from the Avonmore Vineyard. Open fermented, with the skins left on for 3 weeks then basket pressed out and matured in Hungarian oak barrels for 18 months. Then cold stabilised for 24 hours prior to bottling on-site.
All Avonmore Estate Wines are grown and made without any chemical inputs in both the vineyard and winery. Certified “Demeter” biodynamic for 30 years. Wines are full-bodied, and full of fruit flavour.
All wines are naturally fermented, hand grown and handcrafted, and no sulphites are added.
All are vegan / vegetarian suitable as we do not fine filter with any egg, fish or bi-products.
Matured in Hungarian Oak Barrels, long cellaring potential.
