Our 2013 Shiraz by the case (12 bottles), has a discount of $50 on the individual bottle price. It is 100% estate grown and produced, with natural yeasts from the Avonmore Vineyard.  Open fermented, with the skins left on for 3 weeks then basket pressed out and matured in American oak barrels for 18 months.  Then cold stabilised for 24 hours prior to bottling on-site.

Open fermented, with the skins left on for 3 weeks then basket pressed out and matured in French oak barrels for 18 months. Then cold stabilised for 24 hours prior to bottling on-site.
