Employees of Avonmore Estate Wine and its related bodies corporate, including immediate families, may become members of Rob Dolan Wines but cannot enter any competitions promoted on the Avonmore Estate Wine website. This website is operated by Avonmore Estate Wine. As far as is permitted by law, you agree when you use this web site to indemnify and release Avonmore Estate Wine in respect of any claims, loss or damage incurred as a result of any error, omission or misrepresentation in this web site.
Avonmore Estate Wine reserves the right to refuse any purchase order, competition entry or booking made via this website.
PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Avonmore Estate Wine accepts that on some rare occasions, wine can be ‘spoiled’ due to a faulty seal, oxidation or damage in transit. Should a wine arrive with such issues (and due to no fault of the purchaser – which might include for example, incorrect storage conditions) we are happy to replace or provide a credit note for the amount of the purchase.
PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries will be dispatched from Avonmore Estate Wine (VICTORIA) within 5 working days of order and payment processing. Receipt of delivery to purchaser’s address is dependent on purchaser’s proximity to Avonmore Estate Wine and may range from overnight to 14 days.
Avonmore Estate Wine will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however it does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Deliveries cannot be made anywhere outside of Australia. In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out- of-date details, Avonmore Estate Wine is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
Avonmore Estate Wine offers the opportunity to provide delivery instructions to have goods left at point of delivery. All efforts will be made to ensure these instructions are followed but it must be clear that the customer takes on this option at their own risk.
Goods will NOT be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Avonmore Estate Wine may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.
Avonmore Estate Wine must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement of goods will be coordinated by Avonmore Estate Wine provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit (Photo evidence may be requested).

We have a 30-day return policy, which indicates there is a 30 day window post-receival of the item to request a return if the product is faulty or broken. We do not refund products for change of mind in line with food and health standards, and current Covid-19 parameters.
To be eligible for a return, the item must have been broken in transit, which would either be reported by the logistics company or by the customer upon being received and opened. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to info@avonmoreestatewine.com.au. If you find your item is faulty in taste or is showing tampering, please take photos of this as well and contact us at your earliest convenience.
To request a return, please email info@avonmoreestatewine.com.au with the order number, product purchased and any other information. If the return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure the correct order is received is to contact us and return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment. Please note it can up to 3 business days to process the refund depending on your bank or credit card company.
